Any manual action bolt type or semi auto military rifle of any period may be used, NO full automatics. There are four categories:

1) bolt or single action
2) semi auto pre 1954
3) any semi auto post 1954
4) ak47/sks types, and m1 carbines

There are two categories of sights used:

1) Factory/iron sights, or
2) ANY sights, (target, mojo, scopes and other optical types).

You may use any type of ammunition, however, NO incendiary tracer, or hardened tip, or armor piercing.

Targets will be standard military SR at 200 yards. There will be three positions shot. 10 shots standing slow fire (5 minutes), 10 shots sitting or prone slow fire (5 minutes), and 10 shots sitting or prone rapid fire (90 seconds). A 5 minute, up to 10 shot sighting period will be provided at the beginning of the match.

Please be sure to have your hearing and eye protection and a Open Bolt Indicator, if you do not have one, you may purchase one.

Matches will be held at the Main Range, the first Tuesday of each month from April to September. The first shots will be fired at 6 30 PM, so please be early to set up. Target set ups will be provided. A five dollar entry fee will be charged for each date. HEY, that's cheap shootin for a fun match, so get out that old military rifle and lets have fun!
